Vinaigrette
Vinaigrette is not your typical Santa Fe salad bar. Using fresh produce mostly from the owner's own organic farm and the best seasonal ingredients available, Vinaigrette's entrée-sized salad are like none other.
"The Nutty Pear-Fessor" (grilled Bosc pears, bacon crumbles, toasted pecans, and blue cheese) is a nice twist on a classic favorite. "The Omega aka Avocado-Pinon" (greens tossed with sweet corn, diced bell pepper, tomato, avocado, red onion, cilantro and pine nuts) is a perfect choice for anyone searching for a bit of New Mexican influence.
